Anything we cannot see at survey we price as a named provisional sum, and we name it.
Managing agents and surveyors
Section 20 major works, cyclical redecoration and communal areas on occupied blocks. SSIP assessed for principal contractor scope, so one firm is answerable for the building, with the paperwork ready for the file before we start.

Survey and written specification
We measure, test the substrate and write down what we will do and what we will use, before we give you a price. The specification is the contract for the work.
Programme and a named project manager
One person owns the dates, the trades and the weekly update for the whole job, and is the person you call.
Snag-free handover and aftercare
We walk the work with you, close the list, leave a record of the systems used and come back at six months to check it.
